Name & Number of Posts:
- District Resource Persons: 44 Posts
- Block Resource Persons: 770 Posts
- Supporting Staff at District Level: 31 Posts (1 per District)
Total No. of Posts: 845 Posts
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- For District Resource Persons: Candidates should be Graduate + Minimum 5-8 years grass root experience with Civil Society Organization.
- For Block Resource Persons: Candidates should be Inter / Graduate + Minimum 5-8 years grass root experience with Civil Society Organization.
- For Supporting Staff at District Level: Candidates should be Graduate preferably BCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science) or any degree with P.G.D.C.A With 1-2 years of experience (OR) Retired Government Employees from RD & PR Dept., in the Cadre of Deputy BDO, and above with age not exceeding 60 years.
Pay Scale:
- For District Resource Persons: Rs.20,000/- Per Month + 1,500 FTA + Mobile Charges
- For Block Resource Persons: Rs.12,000/- Per Month + 1,000 FTA + Mobile Charges
- For Supporting Staff at District Level: Rs.12,000/- Per Month
Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates on the basis of Written Test and Interview.
