Kerala CEE MCA Entrance Exam Admission Forms 2013: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala inviting application for the Entrance Examination for admission to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Course 2013-14 in AICTE approved institutions in Kerala for the academic year 2013-14 on its official website at cee.kerala.gov.in.

Eligibility For Taking Admission in MCA 2013-14 Session:

Nativity: Applicant should be an Indian Citizen.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have studied a Degree course with minimum 3 years duration (after 10+2), with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Engineering and Technology as a Main/ Subsidiary/ Core subject at the Degree level. The candidate should have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in their Degree examination. For SEBC and physically handicapped candidates, the aggregate marks required is 45%. For SC and ST candidates, a minimum pass in the degree examination is sufficient.

Entrance Examination: The Entrance Examination will be conducted in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam and Kozhikode centres on 08.09.2013 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. It will be of 2 hours duration and will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions. The questions will cover topics such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge, General English and Fundamentals of Computer Awareness at Graduate level.

Application Fee: For General and SEBC candidates, the application fee is Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Only) and for SC/ST Candidates, the application fee is Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred Only).The required fee can be remitted at any branch of the State Bank of Travancore using the Bank Chalan which is available along with the print out of online application. 

The Original Chalan duly signed and authenticated by the bank authorities should be attached with the print out of the application form. Candidates from outside Kerala State can remit the application fee by attaching a Demand Draft for the requisite amount drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

1. Starting Date of Online Registration : 08-08-2013
2. Closing Date for Online Registration : 20-08-2013 till 05.00 PM
3. Date of Entrance Test : 08-09-2013

How To Apply: The candidate has to click the link ‘Apply Online’. He/She has to select the “Centre of Examination”. The candidate has to upload his/her latest passport size photo in jpg format not more than 30 kb of size and dimensions of 150 pixels (width) X 200 pixels (height), by clicking on the browse button provided. It must be good quality color 'STUDIO' photograph with light color background. The photograph should not be taken with the candidate wearing cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed, if being used regularly. Polaroid and Computer/mobile phone generated photos are not acceptable.
