The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (K-SET) center for Lectureship, University of Mysore, Mysore will be holding the Test on 08th DECEMBER 2013 (Sunday) for determining the eligibility for Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) in various universities / colleges / Institutions (Government / Aided / Private) in Karnataka State. K-SET center will conduct the test in 32 (Thirty Two) subjects (listed under item no. IX) at 11 (Eleven) selected Centers (listed under item no. X) spread across the Karnataka State.
The last date for (Karnataka State Eligibility Test) KSET Application form filling and online application is August 10, 2013 and the application fee, eligibility criteria, qualification details, exam format and other details are provided below :-
Application Fee :
General and OBC candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000. For II-B and II-A - Category will have to pay the application fee Rs. 800/- and SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 500.
Education Qualification :
All the Candidates applicants must have a Master degree from any recognised university with a minimum 55% marks and for (SC/ST candidates with 50% ) aggregate marks are eligible to apply.
Exam Structure : 3 Exams will be conducted.
- Paper I - 100 Marks, 60 Questions (50 to be attempted) - (Time : 9:30 AM to 10:45 PM).
- Paper II -100 Marks, 50 questions (all are compulsory) - (Time : 10:45 AM to 12:00)
- Paper III - 150 Marks, 75 questions (all are compulsory) - (Time : 1:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
