Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 18 years to 32 years as on 01-01-2013. The age relaxation of upper age limit for SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates is 05 Years & For PWD/Ex-Serviceman age relaxation is 10 years.

Educational Qualifications: The educational qualification of the all category candidates are same. Candidates should be passed in Class (12th) +2 in any of the stream like Science/Arts/Commerce or Equivalent Examination with Odia as one of the Subjects in the HSC or passed Examination in Odia Equivalent to M.E Standard.

Application Fees: The application Fee of Rs. 100/- must have to pay by the SEBC and Unreserved Candidates other than PWD through offline/online mode using the treasury portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in treasury.

Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates on the basis of Written Test & Computer Test.

Exam Pattern: The examination shall consist of 3 different stages given below:

1. Preliminary examination or general awareness
2. Main written examination on 3 papers. 1. language test, 2. general test, 3. mathematics test and basis computer skills.
3. Practical skill test
