Educational Qualifications:
- For Executive Engineers: B.Tech. (Civil) from a recognized University/Institute.
- For Programme Manager: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or related studies.
- For Maintenance Engineer (Civil): B.Tech.(Civil) from a recognized University/Institute.
- For Manager (IT Resources): M.E/M.Tech (IT/CS) from a recognized University/Institute.
- For HR Manager: MBA / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma (2 year course) with specialization in HR/IR subjects viz. HRM/IR/PM/PM&IR/Social Work/Public Admn./Labour Mgmt. etc.
- For Manager (Estate Development): Post Graduate in Civil Engineering (M. Tech/M.E.).
- For Manager (Director’s Office): MBA/M.Phil Degree or equivalent.
- For Trainers (Yoga, Power-Yoga, Zumba & Aerobics): B.P.Ed., or certification in the relevant field.
- For Gym Instructor: B.P.Ed., or certification in the relevant field
- For Sports Coach (Racket games-Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis): State Level National Player of relevant games or certification in the relevant field.
- For Swimming Instructor: State Level National Player of Swimming or certification in the relevant field.
- For Physical Training Instructor: The candidates should be physically fit ex‐servicemen below 60 years of age, who should have rendered at least 15 years in the PT Corps of the respective service.
Application Fees: Candidates must have to pay Rs. 500/- as application fee through a Demand Draft (DD) in favor of "Indian Institute of Management" Payable at Indore before August 19, 2013.
