The appointment will be made on Contract basis initially for a tenure of three (3) years. The initial tenure of 3 years may be curtailed or extended up to two more years based on need at ADA and performance of the individual. Individuals working on contract basis have no right to claim for permanent absorption.
The applications will be screened by a Committee based on the requirements and educational qualifications, experience at suitable level, professional achievements, aptitude for design, development, management skills & personal qualities and strengths. The candidates should therefore mention all qualifications/ experience/ achievements/ specialization in relevant field including those over and above the minimum qualifications.
